Clinic operator sentenced for Medicaid fraud, federal case continues
MANDAN – The owner of a former Minot clinic has been sentenced to three years probation after changing her plea to guilty in a Medicaid fraud case in South Central District Court in Morton County Tuesday, Jan. 13. A complaint had been filed in 2024 by North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigations against Tera Campbell, listed in court records as from Knoxville, Tennessee, alleging she defrauded Medicaid of thousands of dollars through improper billing through The Olive Branch, a children’s and adolescent’s mental health facility that operated in Minot in 2020-2022.
