The case against the driver allegedly involved in a fatal Dec. 14 pedestrian crash in front of the Ward County Court House has been forwarded to the Ward County State’s Attorney for review, according to the Minot Police Department. According to MPD information, officers were dispatched to the area of East Burdick Avenue and Third Street Southeast shortly after 9 p.m. for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
