DEVILS LAKE — An off-duty Devils Lake Police officer was injured in an incident the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 9, after barricading himself inside a home, according to a release from the Devils Lake Police Department. According to the release, Devils Lake Police officers were dispatched at around 11 p.m. Monday, Sept. 8, to a residence for a report of a 911 hang up call.
