Girls Track & Field: Lade wins 800m at BPS River City Invite

Minot High senior Sophia Lade ran a season-best time of 2 minutes, 22.01 seconds to win the 800 meters as the Majettes finished fifth overall with a score of 86 at the BPS River City Invite on Tuesday, April 21, at the MDU Resources Community Bowl. Lade finished a half-second ahead of Bismarck St. Mary’s Ella Selensky, who ran a 2:22.51. Bismarck High’s Bryar Jahner was third with a time of 2:22.79.
