Agreement reached in felony theft case

Court records show an agreement has been reached in the felony theft case involving Dallas Rice and a local archery club. Rice was charged in March in North Central District Court with one count of theft over $50,000 and one count of conspiracy to commit theft in excess of $50,000, both Class A felonies. According to the court affidavit, Souris Valley Bowmen board members discovered a large sum of money missing while investigating a bounced check in July 2025.
