Agreement reached in felony theft case
Court records show an agreement has been reached in the felony theft case involving Dallas Rice and a local archery club. Rice was charged in March in North Central District Court with one count of theft over $50,000 and one count of conspiracy to commit theft in excess of $50,000, both Class A felonies.
