MHS cheerleading heads to fall state competition

Alex Eisen/MDN The Minot High School cheerleading team practices a routine Wednesday at the Minot High Central Campus. The Majettes will compete in the North Dakota Cheer Coaches Association State Fall Cheerleading competition on Saturday at Fargo North High School. Minot's varsity team is coached by Madison Werner and they are the defending fall champions. Seniors Jaslin Short, Siane Alsadon, Hannah Foss, Carly Johnson, Caitlyn Summers, Bryanne Thorson, Chloe Watterud and Emerson Weeks lead a varsity squad of 21 members.
