Time for change in ND

Richard Pardon Minot Since the beginning of the oil boom in 2010, the state has received millions in oil taxes. The state legislators have done nothing to benefit the average North Dakota citizen which has made this state. There has been no reduction in the sales tax, the property tax nor the income tax. Except for this last year when the Governor threw a carrot out to reduce the state income tax, which amounted to peanuts.
