Twice the Minot High baseball team found itself trailing late in its doubleheader against Jamestown and twice the Magicians found a way to come back and secure victory. The Magicians scored five runs in the bottom of the sixth inning in the opener to come away with a 6-5 victory and plated three runs in the bottom of the fifth inning in the finale to post a 4-2 win against the Blue Jays on Friday, April 10, at Corbett Field. Minot North’s Cameron Jesz picked up a victory in the high jump and was the final leg of the winning 4x200 relay team, while Minot High’s James Pallotta and Blake Anderson both won two events while competing in the Minot Invite on Friday, April 10, at Duane Carlson Stadium.
