Kemeisha White, Pontiac, Mich., sentenced to 14 days time served, 2 years probation, for intent to deliver oxycontin in New Town
Kemeisha Monchell Lynn White, 27, of Pontiac, Mich., was sentenced on July 7 to two years in prison, with all suspended but the two weeks she already served in the Mountrail County Jail, and two years of supervised probation for Class B felony possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance in Stanley on Dec. 27, 2019.
She was also ordered to pay $5,775 in court costs.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, White was stopped by law enforcement in front of the New Town Marina. The Mandan Hidatsa Arikara Drug Task Force called the Mountrail County Sheriff’s Department to assist them with the arrest because White is not a tribal member. According to the affidavit, law enforcement found 13 oxycontin pills on White’s person along with $3,740 in cash.
