LeeLee Annabelle Baker, 19, has been indicted by a federal grand jury and faces a federal charge of distribution of opiate pills that contained a detectable amount of fentanyl to a person in the New Town area in December 2020.

Baker was ordered detained pending trial, which is scheduled for July 27 in U.S. District Court. She is being held at the Ward County Jail.

American Indians charged with felonies on Indian reservations are tried in federal court.
