Senator Hiedi Heitkamp, on October 4th, 2018, decided to officially reveal that she is not the independent voice in Washington that we had all hoped she would be, but rather she is a dyed-in-blue, resistance, obstructionist Democrat that many of us feared.

Her loyalties lie with Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi and not with the people of her home state. By choosing to officially announce that she is voting against Judge Brett Kavanaugh, she is spitting in the face of the rule of law and choosing to put partisan politics and “guilty until proven innocent” mindset that the left has adopted lately. The FBI investigation was only a tool to try and delay Kavanaugh until after the mid-term election. It was never about finding out the truth. It saddens me that she would go this route.

Even though I supported her in the past, I cannot, in good faith, support someone who supports the current politics of Democrats nationwide and I urge everyone in North Dakota to vote for Kevin Cramer for Senate. Even if you do not like Trump or Cramer, you must admit that the insanity that has come from Democrats around the country must be stopped and the only way to stop it is to remove all of them from power.

It is a sad day that I must write this, but when you go to vote for your senator this year, do not vote for Heidi Heitkamp, a vote for her is a vote for Schumer, Pelosi and the insanity of the Democrat Party.
