Girls Soccer: Sentinels net 5 in win over Williston

The Minot North softball team scored runs in each of the first five innings to secure a doubleheader split with a 9-5 victory over Jamestown in the nightcap on Thursday, April 30, at Scheels South Hill Complex. The Sentinels dropped the opener 11-8. Minot North finished Game 2 with 13 hits – five extra-base hits. Aven Kelly got the Sentinels on the board in the opening inning, launching a two-run home run over the center field fence with two outs. Kelly was 2-for-3 with two RBIs and a run scored.
