City responds to water main break

A City of Minot water crew responded to a water main break Wednesday, Aug. 26, at Skyline Drive. The city estimated services were impacted to 8-12 homes.

Minot Class of 1966 to hold reunion

The Minot High School Class of 1966 will hold its 60th year reunion this weekend. Class members will meet Friday evening, Aug. 28, at the Clarion Hotel for a social and class pictures. Fedorchak Forum set for Sept. 1

Arrest made in connection with child's death

WATFORD CITY – The McKenzie County Sheriff's Office made an arrest on Tuesday, Aug. 25, following an investigation into the death in May of a 7-year-old child in McKenzie County. According to a news release, as a result of the investigation, Jerika McNeely has been arrested and charged with manslaughter, a Class B felony, in connection with the death. On May 15, the sheriff's office responded to a residence regarding an unresponsive 7-year-old child. Despite the lifesaving efforts, the child was pronounced deceased.
