The local Students North Dakota United (SNDU) chapter is holding a children’s book drive through May 1.

Minot State University’s Preservice Educators distributes the books each year during the Homecoming parade to promote childhood literacy and a love for reading..

Drop-off locations include Main Street Books, Hug-a-Latte, Gym Magic, The Learning Tree at Little Flower, Minot Air Force Base in the BX and the Minot Family YMCA. New or gently used books are accepted.
