Kayla Blansett-Seamons charged with intent to deliver heroin, methamphetamine

Kayla Lynn Blansett-Seamons, 26, Minot, is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver heroin, Class B felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, two counts of Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and Class A misdemeanor possession of MDMA on May 13.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the Ward County Narcotics Task Force obtained a search warrant for Blansett-Seamons’ trailer in Jefferson Trailer Court in Minot. The search turned up 37 grams of black tar heroin, several grams of methamphetamine, a glass methamphetamine bong, two electronic scales with suspected drug residue, a plastic jug with suspected drug residue, numerous clean, empty plastic baggies, several cut plastic straws with suspected drug residue, two spoons with suspected drug residue, four tabs MDMA pills, a number of used syringes, and several notes or pay/owe sheets regarding illegal drug purchases and sales and receipts for money transfers.

Christina Ann Duggins, 34, who was also present in the trailer, was arrested for possession of heroin after a search of her purse turned up 2 1/2 grams of black tar heroin.
