Tyrel Mathwich, Minot, sentenced for theft by deception

Tyrel Curtis Mathwich, 22, Minot, was sentenced on Thursday to two years in prison, all suspended but the 46 days already served, and two years of supervised probation for stealing a motorcycle on July 14. Judge Todd Cresap also ordered Mathwich to pay $1,100 in court costs.

Restitution in the case is reserved for 90 days to determine what Mathwich owes to the victim.
