Agenda: The commission will consider a subdivision preliminary plat in a twin home development in northwest Minot, a subdivision into two lots in northeast Minot, a downtown zoning map amendment to qualify for a facade improvement grant, a zoning map amendment and Planned Unit Development by Project BEE for Broadway Circle and zoning ordinance text cleanup amendments.
