Ward County Planning Commission

When: Thursday, 7 p.m.

Where: Ward County Administrative Building, Room 106/108

Agenda: The commission will hold public hearings on an ordinance amendment to add language regarding battery energy storage systems and Basin Electric’s request to repower existing wind turbines and to increase blade length in Rushville, Newman, Gasman, Iota Flat and Willis

Townships. The commission will consider outlot plat requests in Eureka, Tolgen, Carpio, Sawyer, Anna, Burt and Iota Flat Townships. It will discuss gravel pit ordinance language and the conditional use application process for gravel pits.
