Ward County Commission

When: Tuesday, 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Where: Ward County Administration Building, commission chambers

Agenda: The commission will consider a zoning ordinance amendment for siting of battery energy storage systems and outlot plat request ecommendations of the planning commission. The commission will discuss County Road 23, the southwest connector corridor project, an agreement with Prairie Wind Project, gaming eligibility of the Rice Lake Recreational District as a “public spirited group” and WBI temporary work space access and easement. At 1 p.m., the commission will meet as the Board of Equalization to consider equalization of assessments for cities, townships and unorganized townships and property owner appeals.
