Agenda: The meeting will begin with an executive session on an eminent domain case, Minot vs. D&S Rentals II. The council will consider short-term scooter rental in the city, a business incentive agreement with LPND1 regarding transfer of intermodal land and a forgivable loan, setting a polling site, bypass of regular procurement processes to obtain parts to keep a watermain replacement project on schedule and repeal of a lapsed Minot Areawide Planning Organization. Clapp Law Firm will present on litigation against manufacturers and vendors of PFAS chemicals.
