Agenda: The committee will consider a structure demolition contract and policy updates for demolition actions, auction procedures following buyouts and property acquisitions in the resilience program. It will consider a settlement with Wholesale Supply for partial reimbursement of storm sewer charges and also rental car and concession agreements and consulting services to negotiate a fixed-base operator lease agreement at the airport. It will receive updates on the resilience program regarding funding, leverage commitments and a gathering space. It will receive updates on the outcome of HUD compliance monitoring and on airport operations. Various bid awards and final payments also are on the agenda.
