Minot Public School

When: Monday, 5:30 p.m.

Agenda: 2024-2025 School Calendar; Extension of sick leave/Honorarium deadline from Feb. 15 to March 15.

How to make your opinion known: Board meetings are open to the public. Board members are Mike Gessner, Jim Rostad, Sabrina Herrmann, Mitch Kraft and Bonny Berryman.

Minot City Council

When: Monday, 5:30 p.m.

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW

Agenda: The council will consider an ordinance requiring buildings and businesses receiving public funds to install an automatic door.

How to make your opinion known: Meetings are open to the public. Council members are Mayor Tom Ross, Paul Pitner, Stephan Podrygula, Lisa Olson, Carrie Evans, Mark Jantzer and Scott Burlingame.

Ward County Commission

When: Tuesday, 9 a.m.

Where: Ward County Administration Building, commission chambers

Agenda: The commission will discuss a demonstration project with a new road surfacing product, updates to the Minot Renaissance Zone, the Ward County Emergency Operations Plan annual update, outlot plats, reallocation of ARPA funds for Minot Central Dispatch and coroner contract.

Minot Planning Commission

When: Tuesday, 5:30 p.m.

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW, or City of Minot’s YouTube channel

Agenda: Magic City MHL is requesting to consolidate several properties into two lots to be named Gold Nugget 7th Addition in a mobile home park along 31st Street SE.
