Loos joins KK BOLD

Kelly Loos has joined KK BOLD as an account executive in its Minot office. She will work primarily with the advertising agency’s Minot-area clients.

Before joining KK BOLD, Loos was the director of sales and marketing at the Holiday Inn in Minot. Her 10-plus years of hospitality and tourism industry experience also includes serving as the marketing director and brand manager at Minot’s Grand Hotel. Loos received a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Minot State University in 2007.

Scharpe appointed field director with Northwestern Mutual

David Scharpe, a financial representative with the Minot office of Northwestern Mutual, has been appointed a growth and development director within the company.

Since 2008, Scharpe has been associated with Northwestern Mutual. As a growth and development director, he will continue to be part of a network of specialists offering a wide array of products to his clients, while at the same time recruiting and developing new financial representatives for the Minot office.

A native of Minot, Scharpe received degrees in finance and management from Minot State University.
