The North Dakota State Fair has announced the return of the legendary Motley Crue to North Dakota as part of the 2024 NDSF lineup. The iconic rock band is set to headline on Friday, July 19, at the fair, scheduled for July 19-27.

Hailing from Los Angeles, California, Motley Crue has dominated the rock pantheon for more than 40 years with more than 100 million albums sold worldwide, seven USA platinum and multi-platinum albums and a string of chart-topping hits. Known for pushing the limits of live performance, Motley Crue continues to tour the world, bringing high-energy concerts to millions of fans as the band just concluded a two-year run of stadiums.

The band has amassed more than five billion streams across digital platforms and boasts more than eight million followers on social media. Band members will be bringing their biggest hits to North Dakota, including “Kickstart My Heart,” “Girls, Girls, Girls” and “Home Sweet Home.” Fans who wish to get into the spirit of the band’s larger-than-life show can revisit its 2019 movie, “The Dirt,” which is based on Motley Crue’s best-selling biography of the same name.

“Motley Crue will be one of our three single-night tickets so be sure to stay tuned for more exciting announcements to come regarding the rest of the 2024 single ticket line-up,” State Fair General Manager Craig Rudland said.
