The Minot North softball team scored runs in each of the first five innings to secure a doubleheader split with a 9-5 victory over Jamestown in the nightcap on Thursday, April 30, at Scheels South Hill Complex. Jayce Wendt, Ethan Howey and Cameron Jesz all took home the top spot in their respective events, helping guide the Minot North boys track & field team to a third-place finish at the Mandan Invite at Starion Sports Complex on Thursday, April 30. Addy Clark delivered a victory at No. 1 singles for the Minot North girls tennis team, but Bismarck Legacy won the other five singles matches and swept doubles for an 8-1 victory over the Sentinels on Thursday, April 30, at Sanford Sports Complex. Clark took part in two of the three matches that required a third set. She earned her second consecutive singles victory by rallying past Joya Martian.
