BISMARCK – The North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association (NDAPSSA) has announced its 2024 Division A Boys and Girls Basketball All-State teams.

Devils Lake senior guard Wylee Delorme made the first team roster. The Firebirds were the 2024 NDHSAA Division A Boys’ Basketball State Champions, and Delorme was a major contributor in the tournament. At the tournament, the six-foot, five-inch Wylee was 17-40 from the field, 10-25 from three point range and averaged just over 19 points and just over six rebounds per game for Devils Lake.

Des Lacs-Burlington senior Braylon Fisher made the second team roster. The Lakers placed eighth at the 2024 NDHSAA Division A State Tournament where Fisher played a major role. The six-foot, two-inch guard was 17-41 from the field, 2-10 from three point range and averaged 16 points and just over four rebounds per game for Des Lacs-Burlington.

For the girls teams, Bottineau placed fifth at the 2024 NDHSAA Division A State Tournament and had Kylie Simpson make the first team and Kyra Beckman make the second team.

Senior Kylie Simpson was named to the first team. The five-foot, nine-inch guard was 14-39 from the field, 5-16 from three point range and averaged just over 12 points and four rebounds per game for the Stars.

Junior Kyra Beckman was named to the second team. The six-foot forward was 22-54 from the field, 4-10 from three point range and averaged just over 19 points and eight rebounds per game for the Stars.
