Minot State head softball coach Dave Kivett announced a few changes in the schedule that affects games this weekend and early next week.

This weekend’s Hy-Vee Classic hosted by Missouri Western State has been cancelled while Minot State’s opening NSIC doubleheader at UMary next Tuesday has been moved to Minot.

Widespread flooding across the Midwest caused the fields to be unplayable and forced travel complications for the Beavers to make it to St. Joseph, Mo.

Unplayable field conditions have also forced the doubleheader between the Beavers and UMary to be moved to Minot next Tuesday beginning at noon in the Air-Supported Dome.
