The Minot Minotauros seemed destined for overtime Saturday at Maysa Arena.

Yet, Kenai River had other plans, as Luke Radetic scored the go-ahead goal with 18 seconds remaining in an eventual 4-3 win over the Minotauros.

Kenai River evened the weekend series after dropping the opener 4-2 Friday, despite being outshot 48-29 in the contest.

The Minotauros fell in a 3-0 hole early, but erased the deficit with goals from Miroslav Mucha, Lincoln Erne and Ryan Green. Samu Lonkila racked up 25 saves in the net for the Minotauros.

Minot (3-2-1) is back in action at 7:15 p.m. Friday against Aberdeen on the road.
