City committee is about hospitality

Janet Mathistad, Minot I was pleased to read in the Minot Daily News two weeks ago that the City Council planned to revive the Human Relations Committee and had voted unanimously to approve a first reading of updated wording to the ordinance that would bring it in line with the inclusive terms that are widely used in today’s society. Without warning they go crazy 

Gary Berube, Mandan I was fortunate to grow up on a farm in North Dakota. I was always around animals. Most of the time I could walk around, pet, ride and play with the animals. Then one day when you least expect it. One of those animals would go crazy and viciously attack you, someone else, another animal or anyone who gets in its way.
