I’m grateful to have Senator Kevin Cramer representing our state in the U.S. Senate. Senator Cramer has been and continues to be a clear-headed voice on the issues that matter to North Dakotans, and he has been instrumental in making sure our state has the resources it needs to thrive and grow.

We are seeing this firsthand here in Minot. Thanks to the passage of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), which passed with Senator Cramer’s support, we can look forward to $1.7 million in funding for Minot International Airport. In sum, nearly $2 billion in funding has been announced for North Dakota via IIJA funds to pay for more than 100 projects spanning a wide range of areas, from transportation to water.

None of this funding would be coming to our state without Senator Cramer’s leadership, attention, and hard work. I urge the Senator to keep focusing on the needs of North Dakotans and communities like Minot as he works with his colleagues on issues going forward.
