NDFB announces winners of art contest

Bismarck – North Dakota Farm Bureau announced the winners of its “Farmers of Tomorrow” art contest, a highlight of NDFB Week, taking place March 10-16.

Four winners were chosen, with two winners selected from each grade category. Each winner will receive a prize of $50. The winners of the “Farmers of Tomorrow” art contest are:

4th Grade:

– Molly Woodbury, of McKenzie, for artistic composition.

– Adlyn Neumiller, of Washburn, for creativity.

5th Grade:

– Reese Neva, Bismarck, for artistic composition.

– Addison Heuchert, Cavalier, for creativity.

The contest aims to foster creativity and highlight the importance of agriculture in our communities, encouraging young minds to visualize themselves as future farmers.

Participants were invited to create portraits of themselves as future farmers, depicting their vision of farming attire, surrounded by the crops or animals they aspire to cultivate in the future. The submissions were judged on two categories: creativity and artistic composition.
