Williston man dies in crash near Ray
RAY — A 53-year-old Williston man died Thursday in a one-vehicle crash about one mile north of Ray.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Steven Fenwick, driver of a 2013 Peterbilt semi, was going north on 115th Avenue Northwest, just north of Ray, when he appeared to have a medical emergency. The semi, towing a grain trailer, went off the road and into the east ditch. It continued through a fence and struck a tree row before coming to rest in the front yard of a residence. Fenwick was pronounced dead at the scene. Fenwick was not wearing a seat belt. The incident occurred about 6:31 p.m.
The crash remains under investigation by the N.D. Highway Patrol.
