Ace Aguilar charged with stealing laptop

Ace Kay Aguilar, 45, Minot, is charged with stealing a Macbook Apple laptop valued at $1,622.69 from Aaron’s Appliance in Minot on Feb. 25.

He is charged with Class C felony theft of property in district court in Minot.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Aguilar admitted to stealing the laptop and told police it was practically free as the Macbook had been so easy to steal. He promised to return the property but did not.
