Employees throughout Trinity Health’s care system will receive a one-time pay boost this month in recognition of their work during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

President and CEO John M. Kutch announced the payment in a letter to employees, calling it a “making more possible dividend”.

Under the plan, full-time workers will receive a payment of $500 plus an extra day off; part-time employees will each receive $250.
