Youth T4 Summit comes to Watford City

WATFORD CITY -The T4 Summit in Watford City will host more than 1,400 area middle school and high school students on Wednesday and Thursday. T4 stands for “Tools Trades Torque and Tech.”

The T4 Summit allows young people to participate in industry career exploration with hands-on activities that can help them learn about careers available in North Dakota. Students are introduced to skills needed in local industries, the training options and workforce needs of local employers and networking opportunities with industry leaders and technicians.

The T4 Summit in Watford City is coordinated by the planning committee of the T4 team and many of the staff from the McKenzie County School District #1. Other communities participating include Alexander, Grenora, Billings County School District, Divide County High School, Johnson Corners Christian Academy, East Fairview School, Eight Mile School District and various home school students.
