Agenda: The council will consider a permit request for additional animals, Bel Air Safe Routes to Schools contract, a MAGIC Fund grant to the Business Accelerator Fund and alcohol licensing for Duckpond Ventures.The council will hold a public hearing on a Renaissance Zone application, consider planning commission recommendations, act on a contract for the city hall move and on a Ward County Emergency Operations Plan. It will receive the annual report of the MAGIC Fund Screening Committee.
