Minot City Council

When: Monday, 5:30 p.m.

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW

Agenda: The council will hold public hearings on the 2026 Community Development Block Grant annual action plan, CDBG revised citizens participation plan and the Capital Improvement Plan. The council will consider CDBG funding for projects of Youthworks and Minot Commission on Aging. It will consider revisions to rules of order in its meetings and a facade improvement forgivable loan request. Discussion also is scheduled on the municipal court relocation analysis.

Ward County Commission

When: Tuesday, 9 a.m.

Where: Ward County Administration Building, commission chambers

Agenda: The commission will hold a public hearing on zoning code amendments and consider outlot plat request recommendations of the planning commission. The commission will discuss state fair events and 2027 budget planning.
