Minot City Council

When: Monday, 4 p.m.

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW

Agenda: The council will meet in a budget work session at 4 p.m. The regular meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. and includes consideration of traffic control modifications at 20th Avenue and Fourth Street Southwest. The council will hold a hearing on a structure move and will consider changing the name of the Inspection Department to the Building Safety Department and an agreement with Lowe’s Garden Center for perennials at the transit center.

Ward County Commission

When:. Tuesday, 9 a.m.

Where: Ward County Administration Building, commission chambers

Agenda: The commission will hear from North American Iron and discuss ADA digital accessibility, Flexible Transportation Fund for townships, a Sheriff’s Department grant and mobile home primary residence credit processing. The commission will meet in executive session to discuss a zoning violation.

How to make your opinion known: Meetings are open to the public with the exception of executive sessions. Members are Chairman John Fjeldahl, Miranda Schuler, Jim Rostad, Ron Merritt and Jason Olson.

Minot Park Board

When: Tuesday, 5:30 p.m.

Where: Minot Municipal Auditorium, Room 203

Agenda: The board will receive an update on the flood protection project, consider bids on the auditorium sound system and discuss Minot Pickleball Association matters.
