Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW
Agenda: The committee will consider watermain, sewer rehab, vehicle and equipment bids, permit fees for outdoor dining areas, a hangar lease, a property tax abatement, and a direct purchase program to replace employee credit cards.
