CROSBY — The Bank of Tioga’s participation in a recent Skate Night included a $2,000 donation to Crosby Blue Line Club to purchase skate trainers for the annual Learn to Skate program. Crosby Blue Line Club’s annual Learn to Skate Program runs typically over four Wednesdays every February. The program started for anyone who has an interest in learning how to skate, no matter a person’s age.
