Our goal at Forward Mortgage is to always make the loan process simple from application to closing, educate our customers throughout the home buying journey, and ensure they feel comfortable in their chosen loan program.”
Chris and Courtney Sims together have helped over 500 families purchase and refinance their homes in the last three years for an overall loan volume in excess of $118 million. Chris Sims is in the top 2% of the Fargo-Moorhead area and does business from Minot to the Twin Cities area.
