Ray Cook has been promoted to general manager of the Vardon Golf Club. Cook joined the Vardon back in the spring of 2020 as manager of the Bar & Grille and has made a significant impact from day one, according to information provided by the golf club. Prior to coming to the Vardon, Cook spent ten years as General Manager at Paradiso and brings more than thirty years in food/beverage and managerial experience to the Vardon. Mi Mexico opens new location

Mi Mexico celebrated the grand opening of their new location on March 2. Mi Mexico moved from 301 40th Ave SW in Minot to 3816 S Broadway, next to Buffalo Wild Wings by Walmart. Mi Mexico opened in 2008 and offers authentic Mexican cuisine. The new location is more than 1,000 square feet larger than the previous location, and features a fountain for customers to make wishes.
