Kalli Schell, senior vice president, chief operations officer has been promoted and is taking on additional roles and responsibilities within the Member Services division at Town and Country Credit Union.

Originally from Watford City, Schell has been employed at Town and Country for nearly 18 years. She began her career as a teller, worked in the loan processing division and was later promoted to vice president of loan servicing and most recently senior vice president.

As chief operations officer, Schell is responsible for the coordination of all lending operations functions, work methods and flow throughout the organization. She provides operations support, guidance and process improvement for the credit union. In this new role, Schell will now also be responsible for leading the credit union’s member service teams in Minot, Kenmare, Stanley and Ryder locations.
