First Western Bank & Trust recently announced three promotion and a new hire.

Doug Fredrich was promoted to the position of data processing administrator.

Fred-rich joined First Western Bank & Trust in 2014 to work in computer operations. He is working toward a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Minot State University.

Becky Dolley was promoted to the position of credit review officer. She joined First Western Bank & Trust in 2007 and has served in various roles including credit analyst and most recently accounting assistant.

Dolley has earned her degrees in MS Accounting & Finance from Southern New Hampshire University; BFA Fashion Design from Moore College of Art & Design. She is currently working on completing her CPA.

Dolley has also served as Chair of Professional Development Team for Minot Young Professionals and Finance Committee Chair and Board Member for Pathfinder Parent Center.

Candi Ziegler was promoted to the position of network and systems administrator. She joined First Western Bank & Trust in 2015 as the network and systems assistant.

Ziegler completed her bachlelor’s degree at Minot State University in computer science and mathematics and has over 10 years of expereience in information technology.

Penny Chole joined First Western Bank & Trust in March of 2016. She will be working as a customer service representative and has several years of banking experience.
