The Minot High softball team won’t have to wait long to attempt to avenge its doubleheader sweep at the hands of Bismarck Century on Tuesday, May 12. The Majettes and Patriots will meet once again on Monday, May 18, in Bismarck for a WDA Tournament play-in game at 2:30 p.m. Century earned home field by knocking off Minot High 11-5 and 17-4 in the regular-season finale to secure the No. 8 seed. The Patriots kept their postseason hopes alive with a 2-0 victory over the Sentinels on Tuesday, May 12, at Sentinel Stadium.
