Region qualifiers set after the busy District 12 Tournament

The final day of the District 12 boys’ basketball tournament took place on Monday, where fans filled the Minot Auditorium to see two region qualifying games and the title match between the Bishop Ryan Lions and Des Lacs-Burlington Lakers.
For the qualifying games, the Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood Mavericks and the Surrey Mustangs, as well as the South Prairie Royals and Our Redeemer’s Knights hit the court with two teams extending their season and for the other two, Monday would mark the end of their season.

With the District 12 Tournament coming to an end, Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood, Our Redeemer’s, Des Lacs-Burlington, and Bishop Ryan will begin Region 6 Tournament play on March 6 at the MSU Dome.
