Philip “Craig” Shaw, 61, Minot, N.D., passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2023, at Trinity Hospital.

His loving family includes: longtime girlfriend, Tami Ziegler; children, James Shaw (Bismarck), Nicole (Joe) Duchscherer, Minot, Grace (Brandon) Wall, Yukon, Okla., Bethany (Casey Newgard) Shaw, Minot, Sierra (Bryce) Haug, Surrey; grandchildren, Klayton James Shaw, Hunter Michael Newgard, and Blaire Maddison Newgard. brother, Donald (Rita) Shaw, Minot; sister, Debra (Timothy Lee) Schumacher, Bismarck, Wendy (Robert Barney) Weldon, Minot; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and his two dogs, Sock and Ninde. He was preceded in death by his parents; former wife Nadine Shaw; brother, Michael Ballard; sister, Sheri Ballard; and daughter, Maddison Shaw.

Funeral: Friday, March 10, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Interment: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, N.D.

Visitation: Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Memorials: are preferred to Camp Bentley, Drake, N.D.
