Ellen J. Wold

Ellen Wold was born in

Minot, ND on March 6,

1946 and passed away

January 16, 2019 in Taco-

ma, WA. She was the old-

est child of Wendell and

Frances (Hirn) Wold. El-

len married Gary Killmer

in 1962 and daughter,

Michelle, was born in

1963. She moved to Taco-

ma in 1982 and married

Don Craft in 2013.

Ellen was a Farmers In-

surance agent and long-

time member of the Taco-

ma Rose Society. Her gar-

den grew 200 varieties of

roses. She was an avid

reader and loved Westie

dogs.

She is preceded in

death by her father, Wen-

dell; husband, Don; and

sister, Teena.

Ellen is survived by her

mother, Frances; sister,

JoAnn Davey; daughter,

Michelle (Michael) Moser;

grandchildren, Elizabeth

(Michael) Marty, Emilie,

Michael J and Madeline;

great-grandchildren, Mal-

lory and Marisa. She is

also survived by her step-

sons, Michael (Lucilia)

Camacho-Craft, and step-

grandchildren, Isabella,

Carson, Gabriella, and

Donnie Craft.

In lieu of flowers, dona-

tions may be made to CHI

Franciscan Hospice, Taco-

ma Rose Society, or Pierce

County Humane Society.
