The Ward County Sheriff's Department is investigating a reported stabbing incident occurring at the North Dakota State Fair Saturday, July 25. According to Sheriff's Department information, at about 4:30 p.m., deputies at the fair responded to the reported stabbing. An altercation near the Flickertail resulted in a non-life-threatening injury. The injured individual was transported for medical treatment. The suspect left the grounds in a vehicle and was being sought by law enforcement.
