GRAND FORKS – The Northern Plains UAS Test Site is unlocking the unique capabilities of Vantis to operators for no cost, offering the ability to fly Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS), beginning July 1. Corps waives fees over holiday

OMAHA, Neb. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has announced it is waiving day-use fees July 3-5 at its more than 2,800 USACE-operated recreation areas nationwide in support of America’s 250th anniversary celebration. The waiver applies to boat launch ramps and swimming beaches at USACE-operated recreation areas. Camping fees, camping-related services, group picnic shelters and other specialized facilities are not included in the fee waiver.
